Meet the Educators

Mark Grandison
Mark Grandison studied composition with Richard Meale in Adelaide, South Australia, before moving to Sydney in 1994 to become Director of Music at Kambala School. 
As a leading secondary Music educator, Grandison has built a world-class Music Department in Sydney.
He presents professional development workshops for teachers and delivers composition and musicology master classes for Kambala and other schools. 
Panagiotis Karamanos
Panagiotis Karamanos is currently studying his Masters of Conducting under Dr Elizabeth Scott at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. He also studied conducting under John Lynch, George Ellis and Richard Gill. In 2019 he began teaching at Kambala as a classroom teacher and Conductor. Panagiotis completed his Bachelor of Music Education in 2018 at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and also attended the Conservatorium High School.
